This space was located on a third level of a downtown building. It was a blank slate that the client wanted to transform into an AirBNB and we did just that.

 

The kitchen has black cabinetry paired with concrete countertops and backsplash. Exposed brick that aligns perfectly with the peninsula, reclaimed wood floors and a pop of colour on the walls are bold and beautiful. A shiplap ceiling and white beams with simple white pendants are the perfect contrast.

 

In the bathroom, we installed a classic wood vanity on top of a stunning patterned floor tile. White candlestick tiles paired with hexagon tiles in the shower are slim and modern.

The bedroom is a real oasis. The blue walls, paired with exposed brick and that light fixture are a stunning combination!
